Founded by Deepa Malini Devi and her husband, Jaideep Bhale Rao, to revive the traditions of Horse Riding and Polo in South India.
Named by Deepa Malini Devi, as a tribute to her mother, the Late Maharajkumari Gayatri Devi, the eldest daughter of Late HH Shri Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Bahadur, Maharaja of Mysore.
Jaideep Bhale Rao is from the Pedapavani Royal family, belonging to the ancient clan of Padmanayaka Velamas of Andhra Pradesh. He is the grand-nephew of the Raja of Kolanka, who has donated the largest silver trophy in the world, the Kolanka Cup to Polo.
